Flat To Rent in Togostrasse Berlin

We are renting our 2 bedroom, first floor flat in Togostraße, Berlin 13351.
The rent is 675€ a month. 87 square meters is the size.

It's in a nice area of Wedding. Our neighbours are German, Spanish, French, Japanese, Turkish, Czech. I would describe it as a very nice working class area, except nearly everyone I know here is completing a PhD.
It's a in very green neighbourhood (not urban like much of Berlin) with parks nearby in every direction.

It's a two bedroom flat that is partly furnished (mainly the kitchen). The kitchen has a fridge and oven plus table and chairs. There is a balcony (big enough for a small table and chairs). One of the bedrooms is very big so we put in high wardrobes to divide-off part of the room into a separate office space. There's a large entrance hall.

The flat is on the first floor.

It is a good flat for a couple or small family.  No pets, sorry.

The flat is 2 minutes walk from a Bio Market and 3 minutes from a Beer Shop, 4 minutes from the bus stop, 5 or 6 minutes from the Straßenbahn, and 7 or 8 minutes from Seestraße U-bahn.

We are currently working abroad and are subletting with the owners permission. The rent you will pay is the rent we are paying the owner. We are not adding anything to it - we just need the rent covered so we are not paying a double rent.
Other bills like gas, electricity, internet are not included in the 675€/month.

It's available from September 2018 until end of June 2019.

If you are interested, we will need copies of some documents from you :
Some letter with your personal details on (full name, etc)
Proof of stable income (e.g. a job contract).
The credit check (Schufa)
Some kind of letter from your current landlord to say you were an OK tenant and don't owe them money.

Then we will send you a sublet contract.

Please note : it's a quiet family area, not Party Zone Berlin.
